Daily Rates

Remarks

  • An extra bed is THB 500/night (no option for an extra bed in studio room)

  • A child from 0-7 years old stays free with parents sharing the same bed

  • Discount for internet booking and long-term stay is available

  • Damage deposit, equivalent to one night stay, is required at the time of check-in (cash only).

Room Rental Policy

​

  • Check-in time: Between 14:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs (2pm to 9pm). If you arrive earlier than 14:00 hrs or later than 21:00 hrs, please let us know in advance. There might be extra charge in case of early check-in.

  • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs (noon)

  • No pets allowed.

Long Stay

Our apartments are available for long term stay (minimum 2 months). Our front office, cleaning staff and technicians are on site to ensure your hassle free stay in Pattaya.

The rate includes

  • Room cleaning twice per week

  • Change of linen once per week

  • Cable TV 

  • WiFi Internet

The rate does not include

​

  • Electricity THB 9/unit

  • Water THB 100 for the first 3 units, THB 30 each additional unit

Remarks

​

  • Damage deposit is required at the time of check-in.

  • Some electrical appliances are available for rent such as microwave, toaster and hair dryer. 

  • A baby cot and high chair are available upon request with extra charges

  • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs (noon)
